As CEO, Andy's focus is on improving the performance of the Pilates business for the benefit of customers, employees and the local community. She believes that the Pilates deserves sustainable production and value-added packaging. Andy has established himself as a strong and successful leader, becoming COO in 2010 and taking a leadership role in the development of the Ruiting Technology in Xingtai, Hebei, China.
Before assuming this role, she was a committed leader and an easy-going mentor to all Ruiting . Today, she is building a supply chain to better serve our customers, and she is leading the local economy through significant organic and acquisition-based growth.
